MDF 

.MDF board made with 70% pine fiber and 30% poplar tree, with a uniform light color and non-toxic E2 ureic glue. Standard density in thin (3 and 6 mm) of 670 kg/m3 and in thick (9 to 18 mm) of 630g/m3.  

​Commonly used for the production of high quality furniture. Ideal for furniture for interior use, cabinets, floors and manual works.

Radiaplay

Cream-colored Radiata pine plywood with faded wavy yellow veins, with pine centers, from New Zealand; B+ grade face and C+ grade back.

Xava Plywood

Cedar species caobilla with sewn center of tropical species Grade A, uniform red color and non-toxic E2 ureic glue, from Indonesia; 2.7 to 18mm grade B+C and B+B

Commonly used for making elegant mahogany style furniture, views, doors and kitchens. Ideal for high-end furniture such as bookcases, closets, dressers, entertainment centers and kitchens.

 Sapelle Playwood

Caobilla of the Meranti, Seraya and Luan species, with a color variation of red, white or yellow tones with wide and wavy veins, from Malaysia; grade B face and grade C back, with 0.6mm sheet metal. 

Measurement of 2.7 and 4.6  mm thick.

Commonly used for furniture manufacturing and carpentry for interior use. Ideal for views of furniture, doors, tables and interior decoration.

Caobilla  Block Board

Board veneered with a species of Sapelli  with a better grade falkata slatted center; The face is grade B with 0.35mm thick veneer which allows for sanding and re-woodworking. The back is a grade B also .35mm. Allows you to use both sides.

Commonly used for high quality furniture, craft work and smooth surfaces. Ideal for modular furniture, bedrooms and closets.

White Melamine

Black Melamine

MDF board made with 70% pine fiber and 30% poplar tree, veneered with black melamine resin on both sides; double-sided grade A with 0.2mm sheets and 2mm back. Standard density of 630g/m3. Contains non-toxic E2 urea glue.

Grey Melamine

MDF board made with 70% pine fiber and 30% poplar tree, veneered with grey melamine resin on both sides; double-sided grade A with 0.2mm sheets and 2mm back. Standard density of 630g/m3. Contains non-toxic E2 urea glue.

Film Forest Star formwork

Mirror formwork, of the highest range, its competitive advantage is its resistance that lasts 25-40 uses when properly sealed and cut. It is a compensated with 11 centers, with a waterproof glue, without gaps in the center, with the best grade. In addition to the Film, it has a layer of plastic, which makes its finish perfect. Used in large projects where mirror finish formwork is required.

Container Floor

Wooden board The face is black film .20mm thick the back is red striped .25mm thick the center is technical mixtures, the glue is melamine and the product withstands 8,000 N of pressure. With a density of 750-800 kg/m3. Contains 19-21 layers.

CIMBRA FORTE.png

Forte Select Formwork

Yellow pine formwork, with phenolic glue, with good density. It is a rejection of the production line. Its defects include bumps in the corners, with thickness variation, defects greater than what is accepted in the CDX grade and or variations in polishing. It is an economical formwork for economical constructions that comes from North America.
